Adriana Lunardi
Besides being a writer, Adriana Lunardi (1964, Xaxim, Santa Catarina, Brazil) is editor and scriptwriter for the TV programme Expedições. In 1996 she published the short story collection As meninas da Torre Helsinque. Vésperas (2002), in which fictional characters deal with the death of writers like Clarice Lispector, Dorothy Parker and Virginia Wolf, confirmed her originality. Corpo estranho (2006), her first novel, once again explores the subject of death through two very different characters who reflect upon life’s brevity.
